SolidariTEA Morning
Join us for SolidariTEA, a welcoming coffee morning to chat, connect, and stand together against racism. Whether you’ve experienced racism, want to listen and learn, or just need a supportive space, all are welcome. Come for free tea, coffee, biscuits, and honest conversations that matter. Participants are welcome to join the student anti-racism working group too!

What is the First 7 Weeks?
The First 7 Weeks (F7W) programme at University of Limerick (UL) is designed to help new UL students settle in and successfully navigate their first semester on campus.
From a warm welcome and helping students find their way around UL, to getting them acquainted with their new course and helping them develop new skills, the First 7 Weeks initiative supports students to make the transition to UL as seamlessly as possible.

Don't Forget to Visit Us in the F7W Hub!
The First 7 Weeks Hub is located in the Student Courtyard and is open to all new students Monday to Friday 9:00-19:00. Everyone is welcome. There is free tea and coffee daily and the use of a microwave so why not drop in and say hello? Our First 7 Weeks hub staff are all current UL undergrad and post-grad students who remember what it was like to be in first year. They are there to help you with any issues you may have. |
